Walker saved the day! I did not realize how big the problem was, but Walker explained everything and showed me all the issues. Even though he was only here to complete an estimate, when he assessed the situation he made sure things would be okay until the problem could be permanently fixed. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. While the news was not so good, his delivery of the bad news made it a little easier to digest! Reddick installed my furnace and the work ethics of those individuals were amazing. Walker was more of the same caliber. I’m confident that the job is going to be done right! 🙂
