Kudos to Reddick & Sons for sending a technician/installer to my residence on a Saturday. Reddick installed my new a/c unit on Thursday, Sep 4, 2025. It was timely, efficiently and professionally completed. However, I noticed that the system was not turning off despite the room temperature reaching the target temp. I tried all the possible solutions remotely offered by Reddick but nothing worked.
So, I requested a technician/installer to come back to inspect the system. Reddick understood my concern and sent the Lead installer from Thu, who reviewed the system, detected the issue and resolved that problem in a short period of time. Kudos to Preston, Josh and Trevor for installing my system, and then quickly remedying the hiccup with the initial install.
