Nagy was a truly wonderful technician and saved the day for us today! Our water heater unexpectedly broke last night and I put in a form for help close to 10 p.m. I had a call by 7:30 the next day to schedule help. By 10 a.m. (maybe even earlier) Nagy was here and working. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond. We have several home renovations going on right now and with that and general toddler mess our house is a total zoo! Nagy navigated working around the other contractors and the chaos beautifully. He not only replaced the water heater incredibly quickly but also listened to and fixed my other areas of concern. We had a competitor out to look at our water filter recently and were not satisfied by the answers or suggestions provided. Nagy was super informative and helped us identify appropriate solutions, and explained why we might consider each. My husband and I were super impressed by his friendliness, patience, and professionalism. We will definitely be calling and requesting Nagy for all plumbing needs moving forward!
