What Your Inspection Will Include

Depending on if we are coming in during the fall season to prepare for winter or during spring to prepare for summer, we will focus on different aspects of your home comfort system. In addition to a comprehensive inspection, you will also receive a written report outlining the condition of your equipment and written recommendations if we find anything that needs attention.

  • Oil motor (if not sealed)
  • Belt tension
  • Contactor
  • Wiring

  • Blow-out covered equipment, condensate drains, and condensate traps (if any)
